For medias from liquid to highly viscous from 4 up to ~ ccm. All machines are equiped with PLC or logo control system. Filling areas: Chemical, chemical-cosmetic-, acidic-, leach-, food-, cosmetic- solvent-, pharmaceutical- and mineraloil-products. Upgradable: All machines can be upgraded to complete production lines, with supplying of bottles, closurer, labeler, coders, collector packer, cardboard box erecting, packer, cardboard box closer, shrinker, palletiser and transportation locker. Due to these low priced combinations, you chalk up a high rationality with low operating costs. Construction: The piston metering machines will be equiped with so many pistons, until the required capacity is reached. The volume area will be syntonized to the required filling volume ( at the rate of 1:10). Then you can process an area from e.g. 100 up to 1000 ccm or 500 up to 5000 ccm. According to the demand, you can duplicate the swings with help of the PCP control system and the filling head can increase respectively. Available in an EX-version as well.
