Especially for gold / silver plated caps, which must not be damaged when being screwed. The model FTV-1500e can be used for many types of closures, with or without spray. Via the laterally mounted rubber-coated roller the torque is transferred for the screw capping. Aluminum roll on and plastic screw closures can be processed by the choice of screwing head. The adjustment of the height of the bottle and sealing of different packaging sizes is quick and easy. Bottles and closures are manually positioned to the adjustable centering position. The automatic closure takes place by the movement of screwing head with torque limiter down and upwards . Alternatively, the roller sideways to the cap carries out the torque. This work is done automatically.
